About the Role:

As a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN), you will play a vital role in our care team, providing exceptional nursing care to our residents. Your responsibilities will include:

• Administering medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians

• Assisting with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming

• Monitoring vital signs and reporting changes to the nursing team

• Participating in care conferences and collaborating with other healthcare professionals

• Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of resident care and progress
