Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) Job Opportunity

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our team at Titusville Nursing and Rehab in Titusville, Pennsylvania. About the Role:

As a CNA, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and support to our residents. This includes assisting with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming, as well as monitoring vital signs and reporting any changes to the healthcare team. You will also have the opportunity to work closely with our nursing staff to develop individualized care plans and ensure that our residents receive the best possible care.

Responsibilities:

• Provide personalized care and attention to our residents, including assistance with daily living activities

• Monitor and report changes in resident condition to the healthcare team

• Develop and maintain positive relationships with residents, families, and colleagues

• Assist with medication administration, vital sign monitoring, and other clinical tasks as needed

• Participate in care conferences and contribute to the development of individualized care plans

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of resident care

Requirements:

• Current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in the state of Pennsylvania

• High school diploma or equivalent required

• Ability to lift, transfer, and reposition residents, as well as stand for long periods

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work effectively as part of a team and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
