Préposé opérations et service à la clientèle

Relevant du Chef opérations, le préposé participe aux activités reliées aux opérations des installations, des salles mécaniques, des bâtiments et du terrain afin d’assurer le bon fonctionnement général du site et ainsi favoriser la détente et le mieux-être de la clientèle. Responsabilités principales Participer à la mise en marche et faire le suivi des différentes installations à l’ouverture ainsi qu’à la fermeture du site (bain vapeur, sauna, espaces de détente, etc.) Assurer proactivement l’entretien et la propreté exemplaire du site en travaillant en collaboration avec les autres équipes Guider la clientèle dans leur parcours d’expérience thermale et au besoin, communiquer les règles et procédures pour assurer un environnement sécuritaire et agréable Effectuer un suivi avec ses supérieurs pour toutes anomaliesremarquées #J-18808-Ljbffr Strom Spa Inc
