Apply today!# Ce que vous ferez**Schedule:** Sunday - Thursday**Shift Hours:** Start time between 11:00am and 3:00pm, depending on department needs. 8-hour shift. **Key Responsibilities:** * Supports end-to-end customer operations processes including order management, service fulfillment, issue resolution, and customer communication to ensure timely and accurate service delivery.* Monitors operational performance metrics including service level agreements (SLAs), turnaround times, error rates, and customer satisfaction scores to identify performance gaps and drive corrective actions.* Serves as primary operational contact for customer inquiries, service escalations, and process-related questions, providing expert guidance and coordinating cross-functional resources to achieve resolution.* Analyzes customer operations data, service trends, and process performance to identify improvement opportunities, develop recommendations, and support implementation of operational enhancements.* Maintains operational documentation including standard operating procedures (SOPs), process workflows, service guidelines, and knowledge resources to ensure consistency and support operational excellence.* Collaborates with internal teams including sales, product, technology, and support functions to align operational processes with customer needs, service commitments, and business objectives.* Coordinates customer operations initiatives including process redesign, system implementations, quality assurance programs, and automation efforts that enhance operational efficiency and service quality.**Education:** * High School Diploma/GED or equivalent experience required.
