About Us Stic is modernizing one of advertising’s oldest formats: out-of-home (OOH). Billboards and transit ads have always sold impressions on faith, with no reliable way to prove who actually saw them. Stic solves that by turning everyday vehicles into GPS-tracked, mobile media. Drivers apply Stic’s decal and earn passive income on miles they’re already driving. Using Stic’s technology, brands get informative analytics instead of a billboard’s best guess. The global out-of-home advertising market is worth roughly $40 billion a year. Stic is building the measurement layer that legacy OOH never had. Stic is trusted by brands like TikTok, e.l.f., and PacSun. The traction is already showing up in results: a SXSW campaign for TikTok Radio put 44 vehicles on the road in Austin and generated 3.9 million tracked impressions. That’s real, revenue-generating proof in a category still mostly sold on assumption. Stic is early-stage and lean by design, not by accident, so the people joining now are building the operating playbook rather than following one already written. That means fast and accurate execution, without the layers of process that slow down a bigger company. About You You’ll serve as the main point of contact for every driver who joins our network. Half your week is in the field, meeting drivers, inspecting and prepping their cars, applying the decal that turns their vehicle into a moving campaign. The other half is in the office, running the communication engine that keeps our driver community informed and engaged, building email and text campaigns that turn prospects into active drivers and keep current ones happy and heard. This is a founding seat on our FleetOps team. As we grow into new markets, you’ll help build the systems, processes, and AI tooling that scales Stic’s driver network across the nation. What You’ll Do Inspect and prep vehicles for Stic certification, from initial walkthrough to final decal install Deliver a driver experience that makes people want to tell their friends about Stic Build and run email and SMS campaigns that engage prospective and current drivers Own day-to-day communication with our driver community across multiple channels Support inventory management and reporting to keep operations running clean Help build repeatable systems and processes as we open new markets Use AI tools to move faster without cutting corners on driver experience Travel to new cities as we launch them, setting up local operations from the ground up What You’ll Need to Have Comfortable managing multiple projects without losing sight of the big picture Experience with tools like Google Suite, spreadsheets, CRMs, email and text messaging platforms, and AI tools like Claude, ChatGPT, or Gemini Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. Bilingual candidates are a plus. Excellent customer service skills, capable of serving as a Stic ambassador Based in Los Angeles, able to work in the office and in the field, and also travel to a new city to launch new markets Comfortable working in ambiguous situations and building process when it makes sense Car wrapping experience a big plus Base Salary: $55,000-$80,000 Work Location: Los Angeles – in person This role is based in Los Angeles and requires you to currently reside in the LA metro area. Relocation assistance is not available.
