Senior Operations Associate

Century Group is partnering with a client that is seeking a Senior Operations Associate to join their team. Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location. Expected starting base salary of $140,000 to $160,000 per year.

Job Responsibilities:

• Support daily operations across credit and loan related activities and ensure all processes run smoothly.
• Review data and documentation tied to loan portfolios, structured products, and related investment activity.
• Assist with cash movement, margin activity, and settlement tasks for various instruments.
• Coordinate work with an external operations team and help guide their tasks and priorities.
• Contribute to new business initiatives by supporting setup, workflows, and operational needs for new products.

• Ability to work with information related to credit products, loan files, and securitized assets.
• Strong attention to detail and comfort reviewing complex documents or transaction terms.
• Previous experience working within investment operations systems and handling reconciliations or cash activity.
• Capacity to manage multiple workstreams in a fast moving investment environment.
• Clear communication skills when collaborating with internal teams and external partners.

• Background in operations within credit focused environments such as structured credit, securitized products, or bank loan operations.
• Familiarity with systems used for portfolio accounting, order management, and cash oversight.
• Previous experience supporting settlement activity, including repo or similar financing arrangements.
• Knowledge of securitization processes or loan tape reviews.
• Prior exposure to home equity or real estate related loan products.
