With more than 10 years of serving our community, our office has grown into a close-knit team that truly feels like family. We currently have three full-time and two part-time team members who bring energy, collaboration, and genuine care to our work every day.

Im a graduate of the University of South Carolina with a degree in Business, and Ive built this agency around service, integrity, and connection. We enjoy creating an environment where people feel supported and valuedfrom offering drinks, snacks, and a full coffee bar to celebrating small traditions that bring us together. ROLE DESCRIPTION:
Shannon Rikard - State Farm Agent is a leading insurance agency dedicated to providing exceptional service to our customers. We are currently seeking a dynamic individual to join our team as a Receptionist - State Farm Agent Team Member.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Greet customers warmly in person and over the phone, directing them to the appropriate team members.
• Manage appointment scheduling and office communications.
• Assist in handling incoming inquiries and maintaining customer records.
• Engage in conversations with prospective and existing customers, identifying opportunities to offer insurance options.
• Provide excellent customer service and follow up on customers needs.
• Support the team with various administrative tasks and projects.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role.
• Communication and interpersonal skills.
• Organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Comfortable with engaging in sales conversations.
• Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
