Pay Range: $31.35 – $46.59/hr
Schedule: Monday–Friday | No Weekends | No Required Call

Shift Options

• 8-hour: 6:30 AM – 3:00 PM
• 10-hour: 6:30 AM – 4:30 PM
• 12-hour: 6:00 AM – 6:00 PM
• Hours: 32, 36, or 40 hours/week
• No weekend rotation
• No required holiday work
• 7 paid holidays for full- and part-time staff
• No required call

Position Summary

Seeking an experienced Operating Room Registered Nurse (OR RN) to join a fast-paced, team-oriented surgical hospital. The facility performs approximately 20 surgeries per day, with a strong focus on orthopedics, total joint replacements, and sports medicine , while also supporting multiple surgical specialties.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide perioperative nursing care throughout surgical procedures.
• Collaborate with surgeons, surgical technologists, and other members of the OR team.
• Prepare operating rooms, supplies, instruments, and equipment for scheduled procedures.
• Support surgical cases across multiple specialties.
• Assist with room setup and terminal cleaning as part of the OR team.
• Potentially float to Sterile Processing (SPD) to assist with instruments.
• Maintain accurate patient documentation and clinical records.
• Adapt to changing surgical schedules and case requirements.

Required Qualifications

• Active, unencumbered Kansas RN license
• ADN or BSN
• BLS certification – AHA or ARC
• ACLS certification – AHA or ARC
• Previous Operating Room / Perioperative RN experience
• Strong orthopedic experience required
• Experience with Zimmer and Arthrex preferred/required
• Experience with total joint replacement and sports medicine cases
• Must be comfortable with multiple specialties, including:
• • Orthopedics
  • ENT
  • GYN
  • Spine
  • Urology
  • Cataracts
  • General Surgery
• Meditech Expanse experience preferred but not required
• Must be flexible and comfortable working in a fast-paced surgical environment
