House Supervisor

Pay Range: $37.71 - $56.57 A successful candidate's actual pay rate will be based on several factors including relevant experience, skills, training, certifications and education. The House Supervisor is a Registered Nurse responsible for overseeing hospital operations and nursing care during assigned shifts, including staffing coordination, patient flow, and bed placement. They serve as a resource and leader for nursing staff and other departments, providing guidance, education, and support to ensure quality patient care. Additionally, they manage hospital-wide situations, assist with data monitoring, and assume administrative responsibilities in the absence of leadership. Department: House Supervisor Core Function: Leadership Schedule: Full-Time Night Shift | 36 hours/week; Every other weekend rotation Facility: Good Shepherd Hospital Location: Shelbyville, IL Compensation: Based on experience, plus shift differentials for night, weekend shift differentials Education Qualifications Graduate from an accredited and approved school of nursing accepted for licensure in the state of practice is required. Bachelor’s degree in Nursing is preferred. Experience Qualifications 1 year Nursing experience is required. Leadership experience is preferred. Certifications, Licenses and Registrations Licensed Registered Nurse (RN) in state of practice is required. Wisconsin: RNs may practice with a valid multi-state RN license as outlined in the Nurse Licensure Compact rules. Basic Life Support (BLS) is required. Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS), Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP), Trauma Nursing Core Course (TNCC) and Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) required as per local affiliate guidelines.
