Position Overview

XL Pro Staffing & Consulting is seeking a detail-oriented  Manufacturing & Production Coordinator  to support warehouse operations by accurately capturing product dimensions and weights using Cubiscan equipment. This role is responsible for maintaining accurate product data within the Warehouse Management System (WMS), supporting inventory accuracy, optimizing warehouse storage, and collaborating with multiple departments to ensure efficient distribution center operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate Cubiscan equipment to accurately measure product dimensions and weights for new and existing SKUs.
• Maintain accurate product dimension and weight data within the Warehouse Management System (WMS).
• Perform routine audits and remeasure products to ensure inventory accuracy and data integrity.
• Investigate and resolve discrepancies involving product measurements, packaging, and item master data.
• Partner with Receiving, Inventory Control, Shipping, and Supply Chain teams to support warehouse operations.
• Analyze product dimensions to improve storage locations, pallet configurations, and shipping efficiency.
• Support new product onboarding by ensuring timely measurements and WMS updates.
• Monitor Cubiscan equipment performance and report maintenance or system issues.
• Prepare daily productivity reports and maintain scanning activity records.
• Follow all warehouse safety procedures, housekeeping standards, and company policies.
• Assist with inventory counts, product movement, receiving, replenishment, order fulfillment, and shipping as needed.
• Operate RF scanners and warehouse equipment to support daily distribution center operations.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Manufacturing experience preferred.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in warehouse coordination, inventory control, or distribution.
• Experience operating Cubiscan equipment or similar dimensioning systems preferred.
• Working knowledge of Warehouse Management Systems (WMS); experience with  D365, Manhattan, Blue Yonder, or SAP EWM is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to maintain accurate inventory and product data.
• Basic computer skills and proficiency using RF scanners and warehouse software.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Forklift experience (Reach Truck, Stand-Up Forklift, Turret Truck, Electric Pallet Jack, or Walkie Rider) is preferred.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced distribution environment while meeting productivity, quality, and safety standards.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift 30–50 lbs. regularly and up to 75 lbs. occasionally.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, climb ladders, and perform repetitive tasks throughout 8–10 hour shifts .
• Ability to work in a warehouse environment while maintaining attention to detail and safety.
