Overview of Position This is a Full Time (35 hour/wk) physical therapist position. Responsibilities / Duties & Expectations Among our six core values (teamwork, accountability, emotional intelligence, integrity, fun, customer service), achieve quarterly goals including: Minimum treatment visits per month: 110 visits (approximately 26–27 per week, 5–6 patients per day) Minimum number of referrals/leads per month: 2–4 Participation in networking/community outreach as needed (1–2 per month) Achieve successful patient outcomes with 90%+ satisfaction rate within your capabilities Attend weekly meetings and complete treatment notes in a timely fashion Active dedication to clinical mentorship (monthly, weekly meetings) Qualifications Willingness to grow/learn, ability to connect with people and build rapport, and a desire to feel fulfilled by the work you do Education: DPT or DPT-equivalent License/Certification: PT License (or PTLA), CPR Certification Setting: Sports Rehab, Youth Athletes, Older Athletes Experience: Sports physical therapy (preferred) Ability to commute to Sausalito, CA 94965 (Required) Schedule Flexible, Full-Time with 27–35 treatment hours per week. There must be a minimum of 36 slots available each week for treatment sessions, and you must be present for weekly staff meetings. Part of the role includes setting your schedule to fit a 4-day or 5-day model as long as those constraints are met.
