Employment Type: Full-Time
⏰ Schedule: Monday–Friday | 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM



Salary: $60,000 – $80,000/year + Team Bonus

About the Role

Join a leading orthopedic and sports medicine private practice focused on innovative treatment and personalized rehabilitation. The Certified Athletic Trainer (ATC) will support post-operative recovery, injury prevention, and performance optimization through hands-on patient care.

Key Responsibilities

✔ Provide 1:1 hands-on treatment sessions (45 minutes)
✔ Support post-operative rehabilitation and injury prevention
✔ Collaborate with physicians and rehab team on treatment plans
✔ Maintain accurate documentation and patient communication

✅ Qualifications

• Certified Athletic Trainer (ATC)
• Minimum 2 years independent clinical experience (school, collegiate, or clinic setting)
• Post-operative care experience preferred
• Soft tissue mobilization skills desired
• Strong communication and professionalism
