Homeowner Claim Rep
C. Winchell Agency, Inc.
Description : The claim representative will be responsible to receive the homeowner /property damage claim to include slip and falls, dog bites as well as storm damage, fire, water and theft and acknowledge. Identify the policy and coverage. Contact insured or insured's representative. Investigate the claim. Evaluate the cause of loss, Liability, loss amount. Document and report the claim. Conclude the claim (accept, deny or negotiate). Support litigation about the claim, Claim venues NJ, NY, FL, TX, CA. Requirements : Bachelor's Degree. Strong MS Office skills. 4 plus years of claim experience (personal lines experience a plus). Ability to speak, write and read Korean a huge plus.
