Program Supervisor – Lead a Team, Stay Close to the Work You Love

As a Program Supervisor with Sevita, you'll use that know-how to lead a team, coach new staff, and make sure the people we support live full, independent lives. What You’ll Do

As a Program Supervisor, you will help keep the program running smoothly while ensuring individuals receive dependable, person-centered support. You will:

• Supervise and support a team of Direct Support Professionals (DSPs)

• Assist with hiring, training, and scheduling team members

• Ensure high-quality care and program operations

• Provide hands-on support when needed, including meal prep, medication administration, and personal care when needed

• Encourage independence and help individuals participate in community activities

• Model leadership, compassion, and teamwork for your staff

What You'll Bring

• High School Diploma or GED, or 5 years of caregiving experience in place of the education requirement

• Must be at least 18 years old

• Valid driver’s license, vehicle registration, and auto insurance

• Experience in caregiving, direct support, residential services, healthcare, behavioral health, or a related field

• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills

• The ability to remain calm, dependable, and supportive in a hands-on care environment

• A genuine desire to help people and develop others
