Remote Member Care Navigator Manager
Wellth
Wellth is seeking an experienced Member Care Advocate Manager to turn data into proactive care. You will oversee MCA operations, design scalable workflows, and coach a small team while handling complex cases.
You’ll work at the intersection of quality, product operations, and front-line care to improve HEDIS outcomes. You will translate measure logic into daily queues, define data standards, and collaborate with Product and Engineering to surface actionable signals.
