Physical Therapist - Rehabilitation Services

Location: Idaho

Assignment Duration: This is a 13-week contract position.

Schedule: Shift: Day (08:00-17:00)

Job Description: We are seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist to join our Rehabilitation Services team. The ideal candidate will have experience in ARU (Acute Rehabilitation Unit) and outpatient settings, with a primary focus on providing high-quality care to our patients.

Responsibilities

• Conduct evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans for patients.
• Implement therapy interventions and monitor patient progress.
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to enhance patient outcomes.
• Provide education and support to patients and their families.
• Document patient care activities using the Meditech EHR system.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to the continuous improvement of departmental practices.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Valid PT license in Idaho.
• BLS certification required.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a relevant clinical setting.
