Project Administrator

Immediate need for a talented Project Administrator. This is a 06+months contract opportunity with long-term potential and is located in Salem, OR (Onsite). Please review the job description below and contact me ASAP if you are interested.

Pay Range: $30/hour. Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and coordinate project schedules and budgets.
• Support project staff with functional and administrative tasks.
• Assist the sales team with customer financial follow-up.
• Manage multiple priorities and projects simultaneously.
• Provide excellent customer service with a focus on best-in-class service levels.
• Read and understand technical data sheets and material sheets.
• Report progress to management and meet applicable metrics.

Key Requirements and Technology Experience:

• 2-4 years of experience in project administration or a related field.
• Bachelor's degree in a related area.
• Strong organizational, time management, project management, and analytical skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• Proficiency in MS Office (especially PowerPoint, Excel, Word), Windows, Office365, Outlook, Salesforce, and Oracle.
• Good technical/mechanical aptitude and strong reconciliation skills.
• Ability to multitask and support multiple team members with various tasks.
