Description

What will you do?
- Operate precision CNC machining equipment in a fast‑paced manufacturing environment
- Perform machine offsets, adjustments, tool changes, and machine startups
- Troubleshoot machine alarms, tooling issues, and production challenges
- Monitor production performance and maintain quality standards
- Inspect parts using precision measuring equipment including micrometers, calipers, gauges, comparators, vision systems, height gauges, and other inspection tools
- Read and follow manufacturing routers, inspection plans, and work instructions
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and operational efficiency
- Maintain accurate production and quality records
- Collaborate with teammates to achieve safety, quality, and production goals
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
Requirements
Successful candidates will possess a combination of:
- CNC Machining experience in a manufacturing environment
- Mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
- Experience making machine offsets and tooling adjustments
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and work instructions
- Knowledge of shop math and precision measurement techniques
- Experience using inspection equipment and quality systems
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- A positive attitude and desire to continuously learn and grow
Experience with medical device manufacturing, tight‑tolerance machining, and advanced inspection methods is a plus.
