Our social media channels, including Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, Snapchat, Twitter, and TikTok, are among the most followed in the jewelry industry. We are currently seeking to hire a Full-Time Jewelry Sales Professional for the Icebox Flagship Showroom. The ideal candidate must be willing to go above and beyond for both customers and the company. The Jewelry Sales Professional will focus on providing the luxury Icebox experience to every customer. Compensation: $24-30 per hour (based on experience), plus commission! Responsibilities: Assist customers in selecting fine jewelry in a luxury brand environment. Meet or exceed personal sales and CRM goals weekly, monthly, and annually. Maintain store standards, including replenishment, presentation, cleanliness, and appearance. Develop a clientele by encouraging customers to complete a client profile or book. Handle transactions professionally, efficiently, and accurately. Proficiently manage credit sales, applications, and offerings. Navigate POS systems and process sales. Evaluate jewelry and watches for repair or quality control. Present and sell designer watches and fine jewelry to new and existing customers. Resolve customer inquiries and complaints effectively. Assist in updating social media channels with new offerings. Be a self-motivated learner, accountable for organizational goals. Exceed expectations and adapt to daily changes in the position. Work Hours: Monday to Friday, 10am - 6:30pm; Saturday, 11:15am - 5:30pm.
