This role is responsible for overseeing daily warehouse operations, ensuring efficiency, safety, and compliance with company standards. What You’ll Do Supervise second shift picking, checking, and loading operations Plan, assign, and direct work to maximize productivity and efficiency Ensure all warehouse and food safety standards are met or exceeded Lead by example in promoting a safety-first culture Operate forklifts and order selectors to support operations as needed Ensure accurate loading by stop number, stretch wrapping, and completing load maps Submit route paperwork to invoicing team Collaborate with supervisors and managers to provide consistent performance feedback Perform other duties as assigned What You Bring High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree preferred 5+ years of leadership experience in a distribution environment Ability to operate stand-up forklifts Experience with RF scanning and Microsoft Office Suite Strong communication, organizational, and coaching skills Safety-conscious mindset and attention to detail Ability to read and write English fluently Dependable, reliable, and energetic Customer service oriented with a professional demeanor Motivational leadership style with a team-first attitude Strong manual dexterity and control precision Ability to work quickly and accurately under pressure Billings, MT, 7225 Entryway Drive, Billings, Montana, United States of America #J-18808-Ljbffr
