About the Opportunity

We are seeking a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join a supportive school team in the Wilmington, Delaware area . This is an excellent opportunity for an SLP who enjoys working with elementary students, collaborating with educators and families, and making a meaningful impact in a school-based setting.

This is an onsite position.

Position Highlights

• Provide speech and language services to an elementary school caseload .
• Conduct evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Provide direct therapy and support students in achieving their communication goals.
• Collaborate with teachers, special education staff, families, and other related-service professionals.
• Participate in IEP meetings, goal development, progress monitoring, and documentation.
• Support students with a variety of communication needs while promoting functional communication and academic participation.
• Work as part of a collaborative educational team committed to student success.
• Full-time schedule of 37.5 hours per week .

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or equivalent.
• Active Delaware SLP license required.
• ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred/required as applicable.
• Previous pediatric or school-based experience preferred.
• Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills.
• Passion for helping elementary students build confidence and achieve their communication goals.
