Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Paralegal position based in Dallas, TX. The Paralegal will assist attorneys in various aspects of legal case management, including preparing legal documents, conducting research, and reviewing case-related materials. Key responsibilities include gathering and organizing case documentation, managing deadlines, and maintaining effective communication with clients and stakeholders. The role requires a detail-oriented professional capable of handling multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Qualifications Strong knowledge of Law and Legal Document Preparation Proficiency in Research and Document Review Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal Ability to manage case files, deadlines, and prioritize tasks effectively Familiarity with litigation procedures and court systems in state and federal courts in Texas is a plus Bachelor's degree in Paralegal Studies or a related field, with a Paralegal certification preferred Previous experience as a Paralegal or in a similar legal support role is highly desirable Proficiency in legal software and tools, including document management systems #J-18808-Ljbffr Nowak & Stauch, PLLC
