Our goal is to make every patient feel welcome and to provide them with the highest level of service at every visit. We are currently seeking a Medical Assistant for our busy Queen Creek clinic. Candidate must be high energy and able to multi-task, while providing ultimate patient care. Requirements Core Qualifications Give a good impression - cheerful and willing to anticipate patient's needs Excellent communication skills Exceptionally organized Detail-oriented Strong understanding of medical & chiropractic field Duties and Tasks Responsible for organizing patient appointment schedule each day and keeping PA updated on status of each appointment. Responsible for rooming patients, taking vitals, and getting patient medical history. Performing lab draws and injections, and preparing samples and requisitions. Case manages patient charts and intakes. File patient records, make follow up calls to patients and follow up on any referrals. Assisting PA with superbills and charting. Assist front desk with phone calls, scheduling and appointment bookings.
