The role leads both clinical and client‑service teams, ensuring efficient staffing, high‑quality patient care, and a collaborative workplace culture. Key Responsibilities Provide leadership, direction, and daily support to clinical and client‑service teams. Monitor staffing needs, approve payroll, and ensure coverage for exceptional patient care. Conduct regular team check‑ins, participate in hiring and reviews, and partner with training teams. Promote a hospitality‑first culture, resolve client concerns, and ensure each visit meets our standards. Perform hands‑on veterinary work—triage, diagnostics, patient monitoring, and client communication. Serve as the point person for department needs, equipment issues, and interdepartmental coordination. About Peak Peak Veterinary Referral Center is a 14,000‑sq‑ft hospital providing state‑of‑the‑art diagnostics, treatments, and 24‑hour care for hospitalized patients seven days a week. We offer referral services in internal medicine, surgery, oncology, radiology, and behavior. In 2021, we launched a 7‑day‑per‑week veterinary urgent care service for non‑critical pet needs. Sign‑On Bonus Eligible candidates receive a $5,000 sign‑on bonus, paid in two installments: $2,500 on the first or second paycheck following the start date, and the remaining $2,500 after 6 months of employment.
