We’re expanding a national real estate team connected to Attorney Backed Agents® and looking for agents who want stronger training, better structure, and a more powerful way to serve clients.
This opportunity is for agents who want to grow inside a team model that gives them more than a logo and a split. Our agents are supported with systems, training, leadership, marketing support, and a client-facing value proposition built around confidence, protection, and a higher standard of representation.

Responsibilities● Communicate with clients and potential clients
● Follow team systems for lead follow-up and client communication
● Attend team training and onboarding sessions
● Learn and use the Attorney Backed Agents® value proposition
● Work with buyers and sellers in your local market
● Maintain strong CRM notes and follow-up activity
● Participate in accountability and production conversations
● Educate clients on the team’s unique support structure
● Collaborate with team leadership and support staff
● Represent the team professionally in your market
Qualifications● Must be licensed or actively pursuing a real estate license
● Strong interest in building a real estate business
● Coachable, professional, and willing to follow systems
● Comfortable communicating by phone, text, email, and video
● Ability to use or quickly learn CRM and marketing technology
● Self-motivated and able to perform tasks independently
● Serious about growth, client service, and accountability
Compensation
$80,000 plus at plan
