Job Overview The role involves managing and overseeing complex estate planning and administration matters, including wills, trusts, probate, and tax issues. The successful candidate will provide expert legal advice to clients regarding estate planning strategies, asset protection, and succession planning. Duties Draft and review legal documents such as wills, trust agreements, and powers of attorney. Coordinate with clients, financial advisors, and other professionals to implement estate plans and resolve any legal issues. Represent clients in probate court and other legal proceedings related to estate and trust matters. Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of laws and regulations impacting estate planning and administration. Mentor junior attorneys and staff, guiding them on legal matters and case management. Requirements 7+ years of experience in Trusts and Estates law, with a strong background in estate planning and administration.
