Warehouse Logistics Manager

Overview Warehouse Logistics Manager – Grovetown, GA. Responsible for managing inbound and outbound warehouse operations, P&L, customer satisfaction, compliance, employee relations and safety. Exempt salaried position paid twice per month with annual salary $80,000–$88,000, based on experience. Schedule 1st shift: Monday – Friday (6:00am –3:30pm) Responsibilities Manage performance of salaried and hourly employees, resolve performance issues, and enforce policies and procedures. Collaborate with senior management and customers to determine needs and expectations and operate the account accordingly. Handle payroll, analyze weekly and monthly P&L statements to assess account profitability, and provide financial and operational reports to senior management. Oversee accounts payable, vendor quotations for purchased materials, and customer invoicing. Hold safety & security meetings, provide safety training, and ensure compliance with safety regulations. Perform additional duties as assigned and maintain flexibility to work various shifts. Qualifications High school diploma/GED required; bachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics, or Supply Chain preferred. Three (3) years or more relevant experience in supply chain, logistics, warehouse or related field required. Two (2) years or more managing and leading direct reports required. Excellent knowledge of transportation and/or warehouse logistics operations (advanced). Excellent knowledge of safety and security requirements (advanced). Strong leadership, motivational and problem‑solving skills. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Effective interpersonal skills within a diverse team environment. Computer literate with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel & Word). Bilingual English and French (for Quebec locations only) is a plus.
