Data Operations and Inventory Specialist

We are seeking a detail-oriented, remote Data Operations and Inventory Specialist to manage our digital inventory logs, audit incoming data feeds, and ensure overall database accuracy. In this role, you will be responsible for tracking stock levels, resolving data discrepancies, and optimizing our data workflows.

Daily Responsibilities:

* Monitor and audit daily inventory data across multiple internal databases and software tools.
* Track stock levels, processing regular updates to prevent discrepancies or supply chain bottlenecks.
* Perform routine data cleansing and validation to maintain the integrity of our operational records.
* Investigate and resolve inventory variances by coordinating with logistics and vendor management teams.
* Generate weekly operational summaries and inventory reports for management review.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

* Proven experience working with inventory management software, ERP systems, or advanced database structures.
* High proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets, including advanced formulas, VLOOKUPs, and pivot tables.
* Exceptional attention to detail and strong analytical problem-solving abilities.
* Prior experience working in a structured, remote data management or operations role.
* Strong written and verbal communication skills in English. ( For U.S based citizens only}
