We are looking for Installation & Service Technicians to join our team! CLEAR CAREER PATHS AND ADVANCEMENT OPPOTUNITES Service Tech Responsibilities: Inspect and perform equipment repairs and replacements Perform routine preventative maintenance Respond to emergency repair requests Adhere to all safety policies and procedures Install Tech Responsibilities: You’ll remove, install, and start-up new HVAC systems, including ductwork. You’ll work with several departments to continually improve the process and flow of information, as well as to provide timely and accurate installation. You’ll analyze work orders, provide excellent customer service, follow a daily travel schedule, listen to customer concerns, and proactively solve problems. You’ll request necessary parts and equipment in advance and verify truck is loaded properly with all materials needed to complete each installation job. Ability to crawl in tight places and climb ladders; work in attics, garages, crawl spaces, and on roofs Qualifications: Previous experience in HVAC repairs 3years required Annual revenue of $500k Familiarity with HVAC wiring diagrams Ability to handle physical workload Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills Ability to work an On-Call rotation EPA certification Valid DL and insurable As well as very competitive salaries, we offer our employees a comprehensive package of benefits that adds real value.
