Part Time Senior Administrative AssistantCatskill Community Hospice is seeking a compassionate, organized, and customer-focused Administrative Assistant to join our dedicated hospice team!This important role supports our mission of providing exceptional care and service to patients, families, and the communities.Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:Answering and directing calls through a multi-line phone systemRouting calls and messages to clinical and field staffWelcoming and assisting visitors to the officeSorting and distributing incoming mailManaging incoming faxes and electronic community suppliesPerforming data entry and maintaining accurate recordsUtilizing various computer software programs and office systemsProviding general administrative support to the hospice teamQualifications Required:High School Diploma or EquivalentMinimum of 3 years of administrative or secretarial experienceStrong customer service and interpersonal skillsProficiency with computer applications and data entryExcellent organizational, time management, and multitasking abilitiesAbility to work effectively both independently and as part of a teamPreferred:Associate degreeThe ideal candidate is professional, dependable, and adaptable, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced and evolving healthcare environment. Exempt positions under the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA) will be paid within the base salary equivalent of the stated hourly rates.
