We seamlessly integrate into clients' lives by bringing individualized care to where they live, work, and play.Care Options for Kids is looking to hire a dynamic healthcare sales professional. This person will utilize their clinical knowledge, communication skills, and marketing abilities to initiate one-on-one dialogue with referral sources, families, and prospective clients to help explain and educate on home health services, while also supporting sales and marketing through educational programs, meetings, and presentations to assigned hospitals.Responsibilities of the Position 1. Develops and maintains a professional relationship with referral sources, medical professionals, and other health care providers and facilities throughout the Southeast Florida area2. Develops sales and marketing strategies and objectives and forecasts sales projections3. Develops new referrals for the company including, but not limited to, acute hospital outpatient practices, pediatric and adult Medicaid MCO case managers, commercial insurance case managers, and school districts4. Promotes COFK's services by clearly articulating the features and benefits of the company5. Coordinates safe discharges of pediatric and adult clients to the home setting6. Assists the clinical liaison team with the overflow of referrals7. Participates in various marketing functions8. Performs other duties as assigned by supervisorJob Conditions 1. Position may be stressful in terms of meeting deadlines2. Travel is requiredQualifications 1. Must hold a current license in good standing in the state of practice2. Bachelor's degree preferred3. Some experience with pediatric home health is preferred4. Sales/marketing experience in health care preferred5. Three or more years of health care sales/marketing experience preferred6. Strong leadership and organizational skills, and excellent interpersonal skills7.
