Quality Management Coordinator
Houston Regional HIV/AIDS Resource Group
Education and Experience Bachelor's degree in public health, social work, nursing, statistics, nonprofit management, or related field; OR a minimum of three year's experience in public health, HIV services, quality management, or program planning. Familiarity with Ryan White legislation, the HIV car continuum, and HRSA performance measures preferred. Position Summary The Quality Management Coordinator supports the Director of Planning and Quality in implementing quality management, compliance monitoring, and community planning activities for the Ryan White HIV/AIDS Program Parts B, C, and D. The position works collaboratively with Program, Finance, and Grant Administration staff to monitor subrecipient performance and compliance, analyze service and quality data, support continuous quality improvement, and ensure funded services are responsive to community needs and aligned with HRSA requirements.
