Deliver targeted speech therapy focused on language development, fluency, voice modulation, and swallowing techniques.

Work alongside a team of healthcare professionals including physical therapists, occupational therapists, and family members to develop comprehensive care strategies.

Educate patients and their families to foster progress beyond therapy sessions.

Participate in occasional inpatient evaluations, ensuring a seamless continuum of care.

Document treatment activities and outcomes meticulously, adhering to all legal and institutional requirements.

Engage in lifelong learning through continued education and professional collaboration.

An accredited Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology.

Completion of a supervised Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) if you have not yet achieved ASHA certification.

State licensure as a Speech Language Pathologist.

Preferred: Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association.

Basic Life Support (BLS) certification within 30 days of hire.

Expertise in applying evidence-based practices for a diverse age range, with a thorough understanding of developmental and acquired communication and swallowing disorders.

Ability to customize therapy methods to respect diverse cultural backgrounds and communication styles.
