Site Safety & Health Officer (SSHO)MEB is seeking a Site Safety & Health Officer (SSHO) to support active heavy civil construction operations in the Richmond/Petersburg area.This role is heavily field-focused and works directly with project leadership, superintendents, foremen, craft professionals, subcontractors, and safety leadership to help maintain safe, productive, and compliant jobsites.We are looking for someone with practical construction knowledge, strong communication skills, and the ability to earn respect in the field. This is not a desk-only safety role.
