Registered Nurse - Medical Surgical

Job Summary:
Seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse specialized in Medical Surgical to provide high-quality patient care on a night shift. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing a variety of medical surgical cases in a fast-paced healthcare setting.

Responsibilities:

• Administer medications and treatments accurately following physician orders.
• Monitor patient conditions and respond to changes promptly.
• Collaborate with healthcare team to develop and implement care plans.
• Document patient information and clinical observations thoroughly.
• Ensure adherence to safety protocols and infection control standards.
• Educate patients and families regarding post-discharge care and health maintenance.

Qualifications:

• Hold an active Arkansas RN license or compact license.
• Possess a minimum of 2 years of Medical Surgical nursing experience.
• Be BLS certified.
• Demonstrate strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills.
• Be able to work night shifts (3x12 hours).
• Comply with travel and licensing requirements, including travel experience preferred.
