About the Role:

Program Manager to lead and oversee strategic initiatives within the pharmaceutical and life sciences domain. This onsite role is ideal for a proven leader who excels at managing complex, multi-stream programs in regulated environments .


7+ years in pharma/biotech/CRO program management, experience leading multi-stream initiatives in regulated environments, strong GxP/compliance knowledge, proficiency in MS Project/Smartsheet/Jira, and excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.


Key Responsibilities:

• Lead large-scale, multi-stream programs within pharma, biotech, or CRO settings.
• Ensure compliance with GxP workflows, documentation systems, and regulatory standards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive project execution and operational excellence.
• Track program progress, risks, and deliverables using tools such as MS Project, Smartsheet, Jira, or equivalents.
• Manage stakeholders effectively, providing updates, influencing decisions, and ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
• Facilitate process improvements, program governance, and adherence to compliance protocols.

Required Qualifications:

• 7+ years of program or project leadership experience in pharma, biotech, or CRO environments .
• Proven success managing large, multi-stream initiatives in regulated settings.
• Strong understanding of GxP workflows , documentation systems, and compliance requirements.
• Proficiency in MS Project, Smartsheet, Jira , or equivalent project management tools.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills .

Preferred / Nice-to-Have:

• Hands-on experience with VEEVA Vault (Clinical, Quality, or Regulatory modules).
• PMP, PgMP, or equivalent certifications .
• Familiarity with Agile, hybrid, or scaled delivery methodologies .
