Job Description Job Summary: The Reach Truck Forklift Operator is responsible for operating a reach truck to load, unload, move, stack, and organize materials throughout the warehouse. This position requires a strong commitment to safety, accuracy, and productivity while supporting daily warehouse operations. Essential Responsibilities: Safely operate a reach truck forklift to move products throughout the warehouse. Load and unload trailers and delivery trucks. Pick, stage, and transport customer orders accurately. Store and retrieve pallets from high racking systems. Use RF scanners or warehouse management systems to track inventory. Conduct daily equipment inspections and report any mechanical issues. Maintain accurate inventory and assist with cycle counts. Follow OSHA regulations and company safety policies. Keep work areas clean, organized, and free of hazards. Assist with general warehouse duties as assigned. Qualifications: High school diploma or GED preferred. At least 1 year of recent reach truck forklift experience. Forklift certification or ability to become certified. Experience using RF scanners and warehouse inventory systems preferred. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Reliable attendance and strong work ethic. #J-18808-Ljbffr Abacus Staffing
