Our CSR's are responsible for answering inbound calls, scheduling service appointments, resolving customer concerns, and delivering a 5-star customer experience. Pay and Benefits:

• Pay: $40,000-$45,000/annually plus commissions (eligible for overtime over 40 hours/week)
• Schedule: Monday - Friday 11:00am - 8:00pm

Job Responsibilities:

• Handle an average of 100 inbound calls per day, accurately capturing customer information
• Schedule service appointments with technicians in a timely and efficient manner
• Gather and assess customer information to understand and address their needs
• Resolve customer inquiries with empathy, professionalism, and a focus on first-call resolution
• Accurately enter and maintain customer records in the CRM system
• Document call outcomes, service requests, and relevant customer notes promptly and thoroughly
• Participate in ongoing training sessions to support continuous learning and professional development
• Perform additional duties as assigned by the manager
• Other duties as assigned
