TRAINING LEADER Be the go-to person for ensuring seamless launches of our new venues and maintaining operational excellence in existing venues through training, compliance, and continuous improvement initiatives. AREA LEADER Guide and mentor Venue Leaders to uphold our brand goals and culture, ensuring exceptional customer experiences, operational excellence, and a focus on growth initiatives within your designated area. REGIONAL & STATE LEADER Lead, mentor, and coach our Area and Venue Leader teams to achieve our business goals. Foster a positive workplace culture and ensure operational excellence and amazing customer service. Drive growth and foster a thriving team environment. SUPPORT TEAM Explore dynamic roles within our Support Team at Yo-Chi, including departments such as marketing, operations, finance, and beyond!
