Security Tech Lead

8+ years of software engineering experience
3+ years of technical leadership or team leadership experience
Strong experience with:
Java and/or Node.js
AWS
Cloud-native platforms and distributed systems
Code reviews and mentoring engineers
Background building or integrating security capabilities into cloud platforms
Experience with IAM, RBAC, Authentication, Authorization, Secrets Management, WAF, SIEM, Security Scanning, or related SecOps technologies
CI/CD experience (GitHub Actions, Harness, or similar)
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
