As a Night Shift Production Operator, you'll help keep our production and packaging operations running smoothly and efficiently. Every shift brings opportunities to learn new skills and make an impact.

• Operate, monitor, and troubleshoot production equipment to ensure smooth operations.
• Supply packaging materials and support continuous production flow.
• Load, unload, and organize raw materials, packaging supplies, and finished products.
• Perform simple quality checks and product sampling to maintain high standards.
• Accurately enter inventory and production information into company systems.
• Assist with preventative maintenance, inspections, and minor equipment adjustments.
• Keep work areas clean, organized, and safe at all times.
• Follow all safety, quality, and housekeeping procedures.

• 6 months to 1 year of manufacturing, production, warehouse, assembly, packaging, or general labor experience.
• Comfortable working a rotating night shift schedule (7:00 PM - 7:00 AM).
• Ability to perform repetitive tasks with consistency and attention to detail.
• Basic computer and data entry skills.
• Dependable, safety-focused, and eager to learn.
• Ability to lift and move items up to 10 pounds as needed.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract position based out of King William, VA.

The pay range for this position is $26.43 - $26.43/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
