About the Role
The Company is seeking a Chief Revenue Officer to join their mission-driven organization. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing the go-to-market strategy, driving new revenue growth, and enhancing the company's market presence. This senior leadership role involves overseeing sales, marketing, and revenue operations, and ensuring alignment across the commercial funnel. The CRO will be expected to lead a high-performing sales organization, build and optimize scalable sales processes, and own the full revenue pipeline. In addition, the role includes leading marketing efforts to strengthen brand differentiation, developing integrated campaigns, and establishing lead-generation programs. The CRO will also be involved in strategic planning, cross-functional alignment, and will act as a key representative of the company's commercial interests. Applicants for the Chief Revenue Officer position at the company should have a minimum of 10 years' experience in sales, marketing, or commercial leadership, with at least 5 years in a team leadership role. A proven track record in scaling B2B SaaS, healthcare IT, or ed-tech revenue organizations is essential. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of pipeline management, performance marketing, demand generation, and CRM/reporting systems. Exceptional leadership, communication, and executive-presentation skills are required, as is the ability to operate with executive-level autonomy and make data-driven decisions. The role demands a strategic thinker with a reputation for integrity, discretion, and sound judgment in commercially sensitive situations.
