Senior Accountant - DCAA

Salary $80,000 - $110,000 per year Responsibilities Manage general ledger accounting and monthly close activities Prepare journal entries, account reconciliations, and monthly accruals Assist with financial reporting, year-end activities, and audit support Handle intercompany accounting, fixed assets, and inventory reconciliations Support project/job costing, revenue reconciliations, and contract accounting Review corporate credit card activity, process ACH and wire payments, and assist with AR functions Identify process improvements and partner with cross‑functional teams to enhance accounting operations Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance 4+ years of progressive accounting experience Strong understanding of GAAP and month-end close Experience with account reconciliations, financial reporting, and general ledger accounting Advanced Excel skills (PivotTables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, etc.) Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP is highly preferred We’re partnering with a growing, innovative organization seeking a Senior Accountant to join its accounting team.
