People Consulting – Organizational Design Senior We are looking for an experienced professional to join our dynamic People Consulting team as an Organization Design Senior, overseeing large-scale workforce, talent, and mobility strategies, and shaping operating models to support business objectives. The Opportunity Design and develop workforce strategies aligned with business and functional strategy. Lead large‑scale organizational design projects from assessment through implementation. Advise stakeholders and influence change initiatives on operating models and organizational structures. Build relationships with clients and internal teams to deliver innovative solutions for team structure and agile working. Key Responsibilities Lead client engagements, including planning, execution, issue and risk management. Apply organizational design and strategic workforce planning to accelerate business performance. Provide insight into human resources opportunities and challenges across sectors such as Oil & Gas, Health, Telecommunications, Power & Utilities, Insurance, and Media & Entertainment. Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to deliver solutions and support change management. Contribute to business development by preparing proposals and delivering client presentations. Skills and Attributes for Success Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills in large‑scale change initiatives. Demonstrated experience in organizational design, workforce planning, capability mapping, and governance. Knowledge of digital tools and analytical platforms used in organization design. Excellent communication, influencing, and stakeholder management abilities. Team orientation with a commitment to inclusive collaboration. Qualifications 4–6 years of experience in operating model development, organizational structure and design, or strategic workforce planning. Professional services background or internal HR/organizational design experience with exposure to large‑scale projects. Experience delivering organizational design projects in domains such as supply chain, IT, finance, customer, or sales & marketing. Advanced degree or relevant postgraduate qualification. Willingness to travel as required and ability to work in a hybrid environment (approx. 3 days per week at client sites).
