Senior Construction Manager

Responsibilities Manage the full project buyout process, including developing bid packages, partnering with procurement to issue RFPs, drafting contracts and scopes of work, and releasing work orders. Work closely with procurement to coordinate long‑lead MEP equipment for semiconductor construction projects, ensuring materials are ordered accurately, on schedule, and within budget. Partner with project superintendents to define project goals, key deliverables, and timelines. Collaborate with architects, engineers, and design teams to review drawings and specifications, identify and resolve design conflicts, and drive solutions forward. Maintain all project documentation, including contracts, permits, change orders, and progress reports. Oversee MEP installations to ensure compliance with quality standards, safety regulations, and industry best practices. Support inspections, testing, and full system commissioning, including system startup, outage coordination, troubleshooting, and final client handover. Ensure all closeout documentation is complete, including as‑builts, O&M manuals, and training materials. Monitor field execution and inspections to confirm work is completed safely and meets quality expectations. What You’ll Bring Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related experience. 5+ years of experience managing construction projects in large‑scale manufacturing or industrial environments, with a focus on MEP systems. Strong knowledge of MEP system design, installation, and commissioning within semiconductor facilities, including systems such as water treatment, chemical distribution, power distribution, UPS, and substations. Experience using project management tools such as MS Project, P6, Asana, and MS Office, along with design tools like AutoCAD and Excel. Certifications such as CCM, OSHA 30, or NFPA 70E are preferred.
