Senior Construction Manager

**********We are Hiring for a Senior Construction Manager********** Must Haves: Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent practical experience 7+ years of experience in commercial construction, project management, or engineering Proven experience managing projects within large manufacturing plants, industrial environments, or similar settings Strong knowledge of electrical construction practices, codes, regulations, and safety standards Demonstrated ability to solve complex problems, manage multiple priorities, and drive projects forward effectively Ability and willingness to work extended hours with a results‑driven, proactive mindset Experience with large‑scale EPCI projects is preferred Professional Engineering (PE) license is a plus Pay range: $50/hr - $65/hr The Company offers the following benefits for this position, subject to applicable eligibility requirements: medical insurance, dental insurance, vision insurance, 401(k) retirement plan, life insurance, long‑term disability insurance, short‑term disability insurance, paid parking/public transportation, paid time off, paid sick and safe time, hours of paid vacation time, weeks of paid parental leave, and paid holidays annually - as applicable.
