As a Sales Associate, you'll play a key role in ensuring our customers—and their pets—receive exceptional service. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Assisting customers in finding the right products for their pets.
• Providing knowledgeable recommendations on pet care and nutrition.
• Maintaining a clean and organized store environment.
• Restocking shelves and ensuring products are displayed attractively.
• Operating the cash register and processing transactions accurately.
• Building relationships with customers and fostering a welcoming atmosphere.

To thrive in this role, you'll need:

• At least 1 year of experience in a customer-facing or retail role.
• A friendly and approachable demeanor with excellent communication skills.
• A passion for pets and a willingness to learn about pet products and care.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• The ability to work as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
