Step into an impactful position as a BCBA/Autism Specialist, dedicated to supporting students and educators within a dynamic school-based environment. This full-time, onsite contract role extends through June 2027 and involves collaboration across four elementary and middle schools, providing behavior consultation, functional assessment, classroom coaching, and in-depth autism support.

Key Qualifications:

• Current, active BCBA certification (attach proof of certification when applying)
• Demonstrated experience working as a BCBA in school settings, with a focus on autism intervention
• Proficient in conducting Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and developing Behavioral Intervention Plans (BIPs)
• Skilled in coaching teachers, paraprofessionals, and school staff on behavioral strategies
• Adept at collaborating within multidisciplinary teams and supporting autism classrooms
• Able to successfully complete a drug screen, fingerprinting, and CORI/background check
• Reliable transportation to travel across multiple school sites is essential

Responsibilities Include:

• Delivering direct behavioral consultation to students and staff based on evidence-based practices
• Conducting FBAs and crafting individualized BIPs to address student needs
• Providing onsite coaching, modeling, and support for educators working with students with autism
• Participating in team meetings, IEP development, and collaborative problem-solving
• Maintaining timely, accurate documentation for compliance and progress monitoring
• Acting as a positive resource to staff and families, fostering inclusive educational experiences
