Position Overview Full Time 40 hours/week 5-8's or 4-10's 2 Evening Shifts Preferred (10-7pm or 11-8pm) Near US-60/ Stapley Drive Bilingual in Spanish is a PLUS Qualifications Licensed Clinician (Arizona License: LCSW, LPC, LMSW, LAC in good standing) Master’s degree, e.g., MA, MC, MSW, in a Behavioral Health Field Experience treating co‑occurring disorders preferred Experience with DV groups or treatment for probationers is a plus Behavioral health experience preferred; new grads considered Arizona licensure reimbursed when renewed as a TH employee (according to policy) Responsibilities Provide outpatient counseling services to adults, children, adolescents, families, couples, and groups using the Triple Aim framework. Develop therapeutic relationships with clients and determine and implement appropriate therapeutic interventions. Participate in treatment planning with individuals and/or families to improve overall health. Conduct intakes, assessments, treatment, discharge planning, and group counseling through evidence based practices. Maintain clinical documentation, chart progress, and ensure implementation of treatment and discharge plans. Monitor and follow up on client needs; submit monthly service reports as required. Coordinate services by collaborating with various state, federal, and local agencies. Provide client‑centered outpatient clinical services to individuals/families. Compensation Starting at $22.52 for BHT level therapists, $57,000‑$64,000 for associate level therapists, $70,000+ for independent licensed therapists. Language differential pay available: $1/hour for unlicensed clinicians; $2/hour for licensed clinicians.
