Deliver exceptional customer experiences and resolve issues with care and urgency. Monitor financial performance, control costs, and drive profitability. Qualifications 2–5 years of restaurant or quick‑service management experience (McDonald’s or similar preferred). Proven leadership skills with a strong, confident presence. Excellent communication, coaching, and team‑building abilities. Strong financial and analytical skills. Highly organized, punctual, and able to manage multiple priorities. High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree in business or hospitality is a plus. Willingness to relocate within Colorado as needed. Working Conditions On‑site, active management role in a fast‑paced environment. Requires standing, walking, and occasional lifting.
